Sisters Estates offers various methods for household liquidation based on your specific needs. For homes filled with a lifetime accumulation we normally host a public on-premises weekend sale. Such a sale is designed to liquidate belongings and leave the home virtually empty. For liquidation of smaller lots,
Sisters Estateswill host an on-premises private sale by invitation only from an extensive list of local antique dealers and preferred customers.
The aim of
Sisters Estates is to generate the highest financial return for you in the shortest period of time. Prior to any sale, we will carefully appraise and price the items you have to sell. Items are grouped and displayed for maximum sale potential. Sales are promoted both in local newspapers and on the Internet. We also individually invite our list of local antique dealers and our large email list of frequent customers.
In addition to the sale, arrangements will be made for disposal of items unsold or unsaleable. With a combination of remnant dealers, donations to charity organizations (for which you’ll receive tax-applicable receipts) and hauling services liquidated homes will be left in “broom-clean" condition. We will also assist movers and packers with our expertise.
